By accessing and using the MetaSano application ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. MetaSano is a product of Guizo Studios Inc. and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2.1 Who can use the Services: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. 2.2 Account Creation and Security: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. 2.3 Modifications: MetaSano may update or discontinue features at any time without notice. 2.4 Monitoring: MetaSano may monitor platform activities and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Users agree to use the App for its intended purposes in compliance with all laws. MetaSano is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Fraudulent or illegal use of the App that compromises data integrity is strictly prohibited.

MetaSano follows strict data security guidelines. Our services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) adopt the HIPAA Safe Harbor method for data de-identification, utilizing tools like Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Identity and Access Management (IAM). 4.1 Collection: We collect personal info, health indicators, and lifestyle data. 4.2 Use: Info is used to improve services and provide recommendations. 4.3 Sharing: We may share anonymized data for research; personal data will not be shared without consent. 4.4 Security: We adopt industry-standard measures. 4.5 Changes: We will notify you of significant policy changes.

MetaSano provides general health information based on user input. We do not guarantee health improvements as individual results vary. Users should never ignore or delay seeking professional medical advice based on information obtained from the App.

Users may receive notifications related to their health and activities. Notification preferences can be managed directly in the App settings.

The App requires payment for full access, with a 7-day free trial period. We offer monthly, semi-annual, or annual plans. Payment failures will result in access suspension. The paid plan is ad-free; in case of cancellation, users will be downgraded to the free plan, which includes advertisements.

The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission from Guizo Studios Inc.

MetaSano is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of the App. Use of the tools and information is at the user's sole risk.

MetaSano reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts at its discretion. Accounts terminated for violating the Terms will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.

MetaSano may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users via email or the app about significant changes. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the new Terms.

MetaSano retains personal and health data for as long as the user account is active or as needed to provide services. Users can request data deletion at any time by contacting us or through the app settings. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for research and legal compliance purposes even after account deletion.
